Mar 14 - Spring in Your Step

rhinoinsoles.jpgI like walking more than ever. That’s because I’ve got a pair of Rhino Tuff Puncture Resistant Insoles from Mitchellace, (www.mitchellace.com) in my shoes.  According to the website, these insoles reduce potential foot, leg, and lower back fatigue and discomfort and are designed to enhance the natural structure of the foot while reducing ground reaction forces by absorbing shock. Rhino Tuff’s orthotic system has been proven to reduce knee and back pain in those who move considerably throughout the day and stand on hard surfaces. And they’re puncture-resistant.

All I know is that I feel a couple of inches taller and it seems now that I’m bouncing instead of treading. My feet fit better in my shoes and they’re even easier to get on and off. If you’re an avid walker or jogger, work on your feet all day, or just want to feel like gravity has lost a bit of it’s grip on you, slip some Rhino Tuff into your shoes. It's springtime. Get out there. You’ll be amazed at the difference.
